Adopt-a-Doggie Registration
This registration form is for dogs from Adopt-a-Doggie only.
There is no charge if you are fostering a dog from Adopt-a-Doggie, but registration is required.
Cooperhaus offers a discounted rate of $40 for each obedience session, Levels 1-4.
Regular fees apply to all other classes.
Please make your payment prior to class. Venmo payment information is emailed after registration.
You may also pay with cash or a credit card when you arrive at class.
Bring the printed email confirmation with your payment or Venmo receipt when you arrive for class.
